Shipping Policy

• The good is shipped by EMS (For customers in other provinces except Bangkok), or shipped through one of the 28 INKMAN authorized dealers near you.
• The shipments that shipped through EMS will be charged additional 200 Baht regardless to size and weight.
• The shipments will be out from the warehouse within 2-3 working day once the payment has recieved.
• Customers live within the Bangkok area shall received the goods within 4 days after the payment clearance.
• Customers live within the other provinces shall received the goods within 1 weeks after the payment clearance.

Pickup Policy

• Customers who wish to pick up the good at the InkmanShop can do so, without any additional charge
• Customer can pick up the goods 3 days after the payment has been made
• Customer need to show the online reciept or the 'Order#' as the confirmation to pickup the goods
